When you need an expert appraisal

An expert appraisal is a professional basis wherever the value of a property or the condition of a building has to be documented independently and verifiably. It is most often needed for mortgage loans, inheritance proceedings, transfers of ownership, the settlement of community property of spouses or of co-ownership, and for easements.

We prepare appraisals for banks, public authorities, courts, businesses and private individuals, for different types of value and purposes according to the client's needs.
